Your project

Once a cost has been agreed for the work, we'll arrange dates with you. Once these dates have been set we'll stick to them (unless severe weather conditions prevent work). In this instance we will talk to you and make new arrangements.

Once we start work on your project we will commit ourselves to it. We won't be leaving you with half a job done while we go off to work on another roof.

We have additional tradesmen in place who deal specifically with emergencies, so we can react very quickly if this is your situation without affecting other projects we are working on.

When we've finished the job we'll take down any scaffolding, remove any rubbish from the site, and leave clean and tidy on completion.

Insurance and Guarantees

We are covered by Public Liability to cover all contracts.

We also have an insurance backed guarantee scheme underwritten by Quality Assured National Warranties.

All materials supplied carry a standard material guarantee.
